What payment methods do you accept?

  • CASH
  • CHECK. Subject to 3 to 5 banking days clearing.
  • MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD or BPI Express Credit). Select branches only.
  • BPI EXPRESS PAYMENT SYSTEM (EPS). Select branches only.

Do you deliver?

NO. Items are generally for PICK-UP, however, we may accommodate delivery depending on vehicle availability and schedule, as well as location and quantity at a minimal charge.

Do prices vary from store to store?

NO. Prices are the same in all our branches.

Can I reserve an item and come back for it the next time?

YES. We require payment of at least fifty percent (50%) of the item price. We will reserve the item for fourteen (14) days and balance must be paid within the said period. We do not guarantee item availability if the grace period has lapsed and if not fully paid.

How long does it take you to complete my order?

Ideally, if your order is available in our store, it should be ready for pick-up within the same day. If not, your order for tiles will take 3 to 5 days, and non-tile items for 7 days. Items that are for special order, indent or production usually take 2 to 3
